Swati holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s in Communication Management and Entrepreneurship. She has over 10 years of experience and has spent the better part of her career helping corporates, startups, small and medium enterprises with digital marketing strategies. She is an entrepreneur at heart and has raised investments to scale her business.

In 2018, while consulting an ed-tech startup she realized the gap between industry and school curriculum and created a new age curriculum & blueprint that focuses on entrepreneurial mindset for students. Swati has been a regular trainer with many enrichment centers and schools in Singapore and has personally trained thousands of students till date, enhancing both their problem solving abilities as well as their emotional intelligence . GIIS recognized her valuable support as a mentor and judge for the Star Young Achievers Program.

Having been awarded the “Leaders in Early Entrepreneurship Education” at the fifth annual Singapore Awards by APAC Insider, Swati is on a mission to create an edu-system that promotes an entrepreneurial mindset through workshops & regular programs for kids and teacher training programs for educators.

Tanya is an educator, and has 14+ years of experience in program design, strategy and partnerships with leading schools, children’s nonprofits and foundations in India and Singapore. An ICF Certified Professional Coach with over 1000+ coaching hours, she is an experienced trainer, educator, career coach and mentor to students across different age groups.

Tanya is deeply passionate about supporting children and youth to gain a better understanding of their unique strengths, goals and measures of success. She uses coaching, experiential learning & SEL tools to design innovative and exciting learning experiences for students across the globe to support them in developing the essential skills of the future.

Tanya leads the learning experiences as well as teacher training at Kidspreneurship with a mission of helping students and teachers develop an Entrepreneurial Mindset, through a structured curriculum and personalised learning journey. She also works with parents and helps them become more coach-like in their approach to parenting, and to be better role models for their children. She is the mother of one, and her son is her biggest inspiration to continue to grow as a person and be the best version of herself.
